Sheperd Mentor
Spiritual Mentoring for Men Called to Ministry
There’s a quiet call rising in the hearts of men—some feel drawn to ministry, others stirred to lead their homes, churches, or communities with greater purpose. Not everyone is meant to stand on a platform, but many are called to lead with conviction behind the scenes.
This page is for those men.
There’s no formal mentoring program yet. No sign-up process or commitment. I’m simply creating space—for conversation, prayer, encouragement, and sharpening—while discerning how to walk with a few men who are serious about growth.
Who This Is For:
- Men sensing a call to ministry and unsure where to begin
- Men wrestling with identity, purpose, or spiritual direction
- Fathers and husbands who want to grow as spiritual leaders in their homes
- Shepherd leaders — men who feel called to lead behind the scenes, not from a platform but through quiet, consistent faithfulness. These are the men serving in churches, small groups, and communities—often unnoticed, but deeply called. They’re not chasing titles or recognition, but they carry a burden to shepherd others well through prayer, presence, and spiritual maturity.
What You Can Expect:
- No pressure. No contract. No program. No cost.
- Just honest conversation, Biblical encouragement, and a place to wrestle through real things—at your pace.
- A space for prayer, sharpening, and Spirit-led growth.
Topics We Might Cover:
- Calling, identity, and spiritual readiness
- Marriage and spousal struggles
- Fathering and family dynamics
- Discerning your leadership style and spiritual influence
- Spiritual gifts, strengths, and emotional intelligence
- Burnout, spiritual dryness, and regaining direction
- Living faithfully in a world full of noise
Remember:
“The Harvest Field Is Your Family,
Your first church. Your first ministry.”
Everything I offer here is free — mentoring, prayer, and honest spiritual conversation.
But if this has encouraged you and you’d like to support the mission, I’d be honored if you bought me a pizza.
