Men as Servant Leaders: Faith and Family First :

I will be changing the mission of The Harvest Field to focus on Men and their roles in the family.

This world is crying out for men to rise up as Biblical servant leaders, standing strong and unwavering with the love of God and the power of Jesus. As husbands and fathers, we are called to lead our families with a code of Faith and Family First—a code that puts God’s Word at the center of everything we do.

Society has shifted, and the role of men as leaders in the family has been watered down. Too often, we’ve become passive, leaving our wives and children vulnerable to the world’s attacks. But this is not God’s design. He has given us the strength and the authority to shield our families, to stand firm, and to shepherd them with courage, wisdom, and love.

Grace abounds, brothers—but grace is not a call to sit idle. It’s a call to action. Put on your armor of God, lift your sword of the Spirit, and be ready to fight for your family. You are called to live the Gospel in every part of your life. That means getting your hands dirty—sometimes muddy, even bloody—if that’s what it takes to protect and lead your family toward Christ.

This is your mission: to be a servant leader who reflects Jesus in how you love, serve, and guide your family. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it.
Stand tall, be bold, and never back down from this high calling.
